Dr. Reeves received his Ph.D. in Acoustics and Signal Processing from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He has extensive experience in Underwater Acoustics and Signal Processing, with numerous publications.

During his career, he has worked at research laboratories, industry and in academia. His current research interests include both basic and applied research in broadband techniques in the undersea littoral environment.
